Norm LosonskyMarch 11, 1942 ~ January 2, 2018 (age 75)
Norm Losonsky, age 75 passed away peacefully on January 2, 2018 after a long illness at the Genesis Health Care Center in Sylvania, Ohio. He was born in Rossford, Ohio in 1942 to Joseph and Sophie (Stachowicz) Losonsky. Norm’s whole life was all about sports. He played baseball for the Minnesota Twins minor league team, played basketball, softball and bowled up until his illness began. When he wasn’t playing a sport he would watch his favorite teams, the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns and Ohio State. Norm proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed by the Toledo Edison Company until his retirement.
Norm is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 51 years, Kathy; sons, Todd (Jenny) Losonsky, Keith Losonsky and Brad (Angie) Losonsky; granddaughters, Mazie Losonsky and Marissa Sloan. Also surviving is his brother in-law, Jim Bartosky and his wife, Kathie.
Family and friends may visit at the Sujkowski Funeral Home of Rossford, 830 Lime City Rd. Rossford, Ohio 43460 on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 10 AM until the time of services which will begin at 12PM in the funeral home with Rev. Anthony Recker officiating. Interment will be private.
